1-in-8 Men Believe They Can Win A Point Against Serena Williams

YouGov is a glocal public opinion and data company based in the U.K. which specializes in polling and sampling. The company published the results of a recent poll they had, and it turns out that 12% of men from the U.K. believe that they could win a point in a game of tennis against Serena Williams.

Yes, Serena Williams, who has won 23 grand slam titles and is one of the greatest athletes in human history.

The company questioned 1732 men on July 12. 12% of the men actually responded that they believe they can win a point in a game against Serena, while only 3% of women said they’d be able to do the same.

Twitter, expectedly, was left in tears. Some of them because of the confidence of 12% of men, and some of them because it is a known fact that 0% of non-professionals could even return a single serve by Serena, let alone take a point off her.

The poll actually sparked the idea of starting a reality show where confident men are forced to take on professional women at their own game in front of all their family and friends.
Oh, by the way, Serena hit a 122-mph serve at this year’s Wimbledon and returned a 138-mph serve.

If you think you can take her, try your luck!
