5-Year-Old Girl Heartbroken After Neighbor Complained About Her NHS Rainbow Drawing

Sophie Gray is a five-year-old girl that drew a large chalk rainbow on the side of their house with her mom Sam in order to pay tribute to the NHS workers who are on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the girl was left heartbroken after a neighbor complained about her NHS tribute, and her mom had to remove it.

One neighbor, though, was not impressed with what the girl and her mom drew, and they called up their landlord to complain. Thankfully, the landlord was very understanding why the girl and the mom have done it, but they still had to erase it.

The mom added that “you’ve got to be really sad to complain about a chalk drawing”.

The rainbow has become a symbol of gratitude for NHS staff and everyone else working on the front lines during the coronavirus outbreak.

Her mom had to remove the rainbow drawing, even though it left the 5-year-old girl heartbroken.

According to the mom, the other neighbors couldn’t believe it either that someone would be bothered by the rainbow drawing. Luckily, she received a second call from the estate agent who said that it was Okay to keep the rainbow up, but it was already too late.

Thankfully, one of their neighbors has come to the rescue and Sophie draw one on their wall.
