50 Year Old French Author Says Women Over 50 Are “Too Old” And “Invisible”

Yann Moix, the prize-winning French author faces a backlash from the internet after he declared that he was “incapable” of loving women that are older than the age of 50 because they are apparently “invisible” to him.
The interesting thing, however, is that the author is 50 years old himself, and he told the Marie Claire’s magazine that he preferred the bodies of younger women.
Moix, who is also a TV presenter, said that the body of a 25-year-old woman “is extraordinary”, and the body of a 50-year-old woman is “not extraordinary at all”.

In response to his comments, journalist Colombe Schneck (aged 52) shared a photo of her behind on Instagram, but she deleted the photo since. She captioned the photo with: “You don’t know what you’re missing”, and many people on Twitter teased Moix with photos of celebrities which he “wouldn’t date”.
