A Father Punished His Son By Making Him Run In The Rain To School After Finding Out He Was Bullying Other Kids On The School Bus

Bryan Thornhill took a video from inside his car of his 10-year-old son running outside in the rain.

When the father of 10-year-old son found out that he has been bullying other children on the school bus, he decided to punish him in an unusual way. He made him walk to school as a punishment because he was banned from the school bus for bullying.

So, he even took a video of his 10-year-old, when he is running outside on the rain, while he was filming from inside his car.

Bryan Thornhill, the father of the young bully, explained that he cannot tolerate that behaviour and it is unacceptable. When he found out about the 3-day ban from the school bus, the punishment was inevitable.

This is Bryan, the parent whose son was caught bullying.

He explained that his son (on the photo) acted out in school and was being a bully, behaviour that Bryan can’t stand.

They are about one mile away from the school, so his son has all week to get the experience of running.

Despite the punishment, Bryan found his methods humorous, saying that his son kept a pace of 6 miles an hour, which is pretty good.

And even though it was raining, his son still gets to run to school, because he had been little rude to a girl in his class the day before.

His son’s behaviour has gotten much better, so apparently, the punishment works. The teachers have approved it too, which means lesson learnt.
Thornhill was proud of his parenting methods, saying that while last week his son was out of his mind, he hasn’t got in trouble this week.

He wants to make sure that his teachers will enjoy being his company, one way or another, and he will not be disrupting the other kids in school. In the end, he expressed his opinion that children need parents these days, not friends.
