Ashton Kutcher’s Organization Helps Save 6,000 Children From Human Trafficking

Ashton Kutcher is one of the most popular actors these days, but he’s actually much more than that.
Kutcher has used his influence to help thousands of victims of trafficking, and he will be remembered as the person who saved 6,000 children.

Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children is a non-profit organization that supports and helps people affected by human trafficking, and it’s run by non-other than Ashton Kutcher.
They are also helping law enforcement to identify and help these people.

The organization has, so far, saved 5,894 children.
103 children were given a new life in 2017 alone after they were rescued from the people that harmed them, and Thorn has so far successfully shut down the plans of 6,608 perpetrators.

The organization was first founded as DNA foundation, and it was started in 2009.

Ashton Kutcher is really proud of the organization, and they now work on a technology that would stop the exploitation of children.
The organization is not only interested in saving children, but they are also looking for ways to help one person save many others.

Kutcher talked about modern-day captivity in front of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee back in 2017, and the 15-minute speech encouraged Congress to make a step forward.
