Bill Cosby`s Daughter Ensa Dies Aged 44 From Unknown Causes Just Before Her Father`s Retrial

She died last Friday night on her family estate in Massachusetts at the age of 44. Allegedly her death was caused by renal disease, but that`s yet to be confirmed.

She passed away just weeks before her father is set to appear on court for a retrial on rape charges in Pennsylvania.

This is the second time that Cosby has lost a child. His son Ennis was killed in 1997 during a botched carjacking in LA.

She supported her father during his last year’s trials of sexual assault, saying that he was “publicly lynched in the media.”

She was a yoga instructor at a studio nearby their family estate in Shelburne Falls.

In order to maintain their privacy her family bought up hundreds of acres of land and they spent almost all of their time there.

This is the same compound on which the Cosby family buried Ennis, as his body was laid to rest near an herb garden.

Ensa preferred to stay in Massachusetts during most of her youth, but thanks to her famous father she got few chances to experience some incredible moments like presenting actress Cicely Tyson and musician Miles Davis with their wedding bands at a ceremony that took place at their family home during Thanksgiving.

She also attended the inauguration of Nelson Mandela.

Ensa married Martin McLean, who was arrested two years before their wedding for illegally obtaining 90 pills of oxycodone. The charges were dismissed after he entered and successfully completed a rehab program the following year.

Back in 2017 she was one of her father’s most vocal supports saying that all of the accusations were racially motivated.

“The accusations against my father have been one sided since the beginning, and when he tried to defend himself he was sued in civil court. I’ve seen the accusations become more horrific and extreme with time and I have witnessed my father’s reputation and legendary work be dismissed without any proof.”

She strongly believed that her father was innocent and that racism played a big role in this scandal.

“My father has been publicly lynched in the media and my family, my young daughter, my young niece and nephew has had to stand helplessly by and watch the double standard or pretending to protect the rights of some but ignoring the rights of others.”

“And exposing innocent children to such appalling accusations about someone that they love dearly and who has been so loving and kind to them is beyond cruel”, said Ensa.

No matter what the public perception may be the Cosby women always stood up for themselves.

At this time the family hasn`t issued any official statement on Ensa`s passing.
