In the interview, the ‘Bad Guy’ singer shared that she addressed these people in her new single ‘Your Power’, in which she made it clear that everyone can be taken advantage of. She also shed light on  the meaning of the lyrics in her single ‘When I Was Older’, and added that she wanted to say that no matter who you are, how strong and smart you are, you can always be taken advantage of.

She shared that she had been taken advantage of as a minor, saying:

“You’re going to complain about being taken advantage of as a minor, but then you’re going to show your top?’” Yes I am, motherf****r! I’m going to because there’s no excuse.” Eilish also spoke about how one should not take advantage of their power. “There’s all these people who are incredibly vulnerable and would honestly do anything you say. That’s a crazy feeling. Nobody should be given the power that we’re given.”

The singer also spoke about how men are weak and easily label women with insulting labels just because they want to show their skin.

“Showing your body and showing your skin – or not – should not take any respect away from you.” – she concluded.

Many people took it to twitter to express their opinion on the matter, and many debated whether showing skin was right or wrong.
