Many people work their hardest (myself included) so they can earn to play hard, too! But what’s the worst thing that can happen to an employee? To have their days off request denied. Okay, maybe not THE worst, but most definitely top 3 if you ask me.
Well, in a recent post on Reddit, one user shared the story of how their company denied their days off request, which forced the employee to cancel the vacation they had already planned with their family.
The employee, however, decided to take a stance for what’s important in their life and decided to quit!
Well, as karma often does its job, the company quickly learned just how valuable that employee was – the hard way!
So, after they received the resignation email, the employee (or should I say, former employee) started receiving text messages from the manager:
