Disabled Blogger Gets Told She’s ‘Too Ugly To Share Selfies’, Hits Back With Exactly The Opposite

Melissa Blake is a 38-year-old blogger that has a genetic bone and muscle disorder named Freeman-Sheldon syndrome. It’s a rare condition that affects the face, hands, feet, and mouth,
She recently shared a tweet featuring a blog post in which she criticized President Donald Trump, however, most of the comments weren’t about what she wrote, but about her appearance. Many people criticized her for how she looks, called her ‘ugly’, and said that she looks ‘like a parade balloon’. The final straw that poured the glass was when someone suggested that she should be banned from posting selfies because she’s too ugly.

Her response? Exactly the opposite!

She decided to show the haters that they’re not going to get the better of her, and shared three selfies of herself on Twitter.

Check out some of the extremely nasty comments she received:

Blake had the perfect response to her haters, and we bow to her for this:

Although she expected the nasty comments to follow again, she was surprised very positively when thousands of people started encouraging her and supporting her. Faith in humanity – restored, at least for today.
