A recent report from Hornet found that a few responders to an online poll that was conducted prior to the elections said that they would be voting for Trump, even though they’re members of the LGBT community. Many labeled the results as ‘clickbait’ and a ‘sloppy journalism’, but the next pundit said that there are many LGBT staffers on Capitol Hill working for Republicans.
In a round of press interviews commenting on the press, Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s son, made a statement that has since gone viral.
When host Ainsley Earhardt said that there are a lot of people that might be voting for his dad that might be admitting it, she asked him if he’s counting on a ‘secret lesbian voter’ that was reported she plans to vote for Trump.
Eric said that he sees that person every day, and added that the LGBT community is incredible. He also added that he’s a part of that community and they all love Donald Trump.
Eric Trump: “The LGBT community, they are incredible. And you should see how they come out in full force for my father every single day. I’m part of that community, and we love the man.” pic.twitter.com/hl51ftW8l2

Many people on social media took this statement as Eric Trump’s coming out (be it as a joke or not), and the comments started flooding in.
Which part of that community? https://t.co/cC0m6ziIWH
