Even though we live in 2021, many heterosexual people still question who is the ‘man’ and who’s the ‘woman’ in gay couples. We do realize that this is due to pure ignorance in many cases, but in others, it’s just bigotry and outdated views.

Although the answer was a bit rough, most people voted that the Redditor and his partner were not the a-holes in this situation, and it was actually a wonderful and generous way to respond to their nephew’s bigotry.
