Ladies, brace yourselves, because this is a tough one.
A 31-year-old man has recently decided to take it to Reddit’s ‘Relationships’ sub to share his view about his relationship with his girlfriend. As it turns out, it all started when his 30-year-old girlfriend found out that he makes way more money than her, so, according to him, she decided that she might not want to work in her life and become a “trophy wife” instead. However, he told her that she wasn’t “trophy wife” material anymore, so she started crying.
Both partners are of similar age, they both have good jobs, and the guy shared that he wants them to be equal in all parts of their lives, including managing the finances. It’s a tough one, so we invite you to read the post for yourself and decide who’s in the wrong here.
Although both partners might have a point, and both of them have a different view on the matter, it’s safe to say that Reddit sided with the guy and believes that he might be right here.
