IKEA Runs An Experiment Asking People To Bully A Plant for 30 Days And The Results Are Mind-Boggling

In a live experiment in helping to raise awareness about Anti-Bullying, IKEA took two of its own plants and installed them in a school. One plant was fed with words of encouragement and compliments, while the other was verbally bullied with hateful words. The students could also record their own voices and share the love for the first plant and the words of criticism for the second.

The results spoke for themselves after 30 days: the complimented plant continued to thrive, and the bullied plant was visibly struggling and looking dull. Both of the plants were treated strictly the same: the same amount of water was applied, they were equally exposed to sunlight, water and fertiliser. The only difference was the words of encouragement to one plant and the words of criticism for the other.

The results at the end were nothing less than impressive!

What would happen if you verbally bullied a plant for 30 days straight?
