With more than 4.4 million confirmed cases, the U.S. is the worst-hit country in the world by the novel coronavirus, and the country is also going through the Black Lives Matter uprising. The First Lady, though, announced this morning that she will be revamping the White House Rose Garden! Yes, you read that right: Melania Trump announced that the planned upgrades include “electrical upgrades for TV appearances and a new walkway and new flowers and shrubs”.
As reported by The New York Times, Melania said that “our country has seen difficult times before, but the White House and the Rose Garden have always stood as a symbol of our strength, resilience, and continuity”.
Even in the most difficult times, the @WhiteHouse Rose Garden has stood as a symbol of strength & continuity. Today, it is my pleasure to announce our plans to renew & restore this iconic space so that we preserve its history & beauty for generations to come.

Melania Trump, the first lady, will announce a plan to renovate the White House Rose Garden, a signature showcase of power used by presidents for decades https://t.co/6kO0KR7bvI

Rather expectedly, most people weren’t thrilled by this announcement by the First lady, and they think that it’s rather inappropriate to use White House resources during a period of multiple crises in the country to renovate the Rose Garden. Check out how Twitter reacted to the announcement, and feel free to tell us how you feel about the Rose Garden renovation in the comment section.
To @FLOTUS Melania Trump,
Before you tackle redecorating the Rose Garden:
1. Ask your husband to stop beating mothers, veterans and peaceful protesters.
2. Call DHS and tell them to reunite all the immigrant kids with their parents that your husband caged/separated years ago. pic.twitter.com/AUJc8GmxQx

With Nearly 150,000 dead from coronavirus, 18 Million unemployed, and unemployment benefits ending, Melania will revamp the Rose Garden as her husband does nothing to alleviate the pain and suffering. 🤬 https://t.co/AuCZnIwtQy

As Melania Trump puts tax dollars towards the Rose Garden in the middle of a global pandemic, do you think “how is she so bad at this?”
Think this instead…
“They are too good at killing people.”

Since Melania Trump’s “Be Best” initiative only led to her husband becoming a bigger bully, she’s now resorting to planting flowers as Americans continue to be bullied and die. That’s what I call “Be Careless.”

Maybe you should plant 150,000 roses to represent the Americans your husband has killed.

MELANIA TRUMP’S COVID PLAN:
PHASE 1 – combat initial outbreak by building White House Tennis Courts
PHASE 2 – when Covid deaths reach 150,000 immediately remodel Rose Garden
PHASE 3 – at 1 million deaths launch emergency plan to construct crystal healing day spa in West Wing

As the nation approaches 150,000 dead from COVID-19, and millions of Americans face eviction and homelessness, Melania trump is renovating the Rose Garden.
I really don’t care, do you?

If you are panicked because you don’t have rent, medicine, PPE, or a job worth a living wage. The White House is taking your money to renovate the Rose Garden to maintain its symbol of “powerful leadership”. Vote these monsters out of office in Nov. https://t.co/ON6D2KIZAF

Republicans: $600 a week is too much money for hardworking taxpaying citizens.
Also Republicans: Shall we remodel the Rose Garden with a golden throne?
