Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, most museums around the world were closed down, so the people that work there had a lot of time to get creative and come up with new and interesting ideas. For example, the Yorkshire Museum recently started off a worldwide battle of museums to see which museum had the very best behind in its collection. Yes, you read that right.
The whole “challenge” began when the Yorkshire Museum shared a photo of a Roman marble statue of an athlete with a chunk missing from his behind on Twitter. They named it the #CURATORBATTLE, and plenty of other museums from all around the world took up the challenge and posted their best behinds. The winner hasn’t been picked yet, although there are already dozens of entries. Check out some of the best marble behinds in the world below, and vote for your winner in the comment section.
