P!nk Mocks Trump By Saying She Sold The Tulsa Center In 5 Minutes

Grammy Award-winning singer P!nk recently took it to social media to mock non-other than President Donald Trump for his Tulsa rally. She joked about the president’s claims that he will gather close to “one million people”, which, of course, didn’t happen.

Trump tweeted on Monday that almost one million people had requested tickets for the Saturday Night Rally in Tulsa, and he later told reporters that they’ve never had an empty seat, so they certainly won’t in Oklahoma. However, the event took place in the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a capacity of 19,000 seats, and there were thousands of empty seats.

P!nk, who has played at the venue in the past, wrote on Twitter that “she sold the same place out in five minutes”. She even added the hashtag #donkeyshow. Yikes.

What’s worse is that Trump broke his own coronavirus recommendations and advice. In fact, his own coronavirus task force urged White House officials to cancel the rally amid fears that it could become a super spreader event. Attendees at the rally were forced to sign a waiver protecting the Trump campaign from responsibility for any illness.

P!nk wrote another tweet in which she clarified that she would never ask people to come to an arena right now, and no good person would.

Trump told supporters at the rally that he asked for the coronavirus testing to be slowed down because there were so many new positive cases in the U.S. (which is the point of massive testing, right?). Oh, and he also called the virus “Kung Flu” in a reference to the fact that the virus originated in China.
