Well, as expected, it didn’t take long for this year’s Grammy’s to get political.
The 27-year-old singer Joy Villa was dressed up as President Donald Trump’s border wall, complete with the wire, and she was carrying a “Make America Great Again” handbag.
Once she got inside, she showed off her low-cut gown with bricks and a message on the back that read: “BUILD THE WALL”.
She told Variety that this is what she believes in. She believes in the President, and she recently released an album called Home Sweet Home, in which she shows her love for America.
She also said that she loves what Trump is doing in office, and she wrote on her Instagram post that building the wall will cut down crime, protect children, and stop the harassment on women.
The designer of Villa’s dress, Desi Designs Couture, posted their disclaimer on Instagram saying that the clients’ views and opinions are not necessarily the same as the company’s.
