A photo that was originally shared on North Dallas Doulas Instagram showed a woman leaning over on her front with her back to the camera while giving birth to her child, and you can actually see a bulge in the bottom from the back protruding against the skin.
The image was then shared by Tangi Birth Services on Facebook, and it received thousands of likes, shares, and comments. Many people wrote that they didn’t realize why their back hurt so much during childbirth until they saw the photo.

The post received over 50k shares, and more than 20k people commented on it. One woman wrote that it was no wonder she found labor worse on her back, and another one added that when her bones shifter for the birth she felt a pop like when you crack your knuckles and it felt very good. She had been having terrible back labor and then the pop happened and the pain was gone.
