She knows how hard it is to deal with it because people usually don’t take the condition seriously, and many people don’t have the ability to speak openly about it. She says that the only thing she can do is spread and raise awareness, so she can end the stigma around mental illnesses.

Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. deals with mental illnesse in a given year, and the third most common causes of hospitalization in the U.S. are major depression, mood disorders and bipolar disorder.
