Stereotypes are definitely not a good thing, and they mostly lead to stupid and lazy generalizations about a group of people that you probably haven’t even met.
However, the stereotype that French love wine might get everyone on board, because French do love wine.
Don’t believe us? Check out the whole theme park devoted to it!
Yes, you read that right.
It’s located in the country’s capital of wine, Bordeaux, La Cité du Vin (The City of Wine), and it’s an enormous museum and an event space. It promises to give visitors a whole experience into the history of wine, and, of course, to try some of the local produce too.
The theme’s bar is stocked with more than 50 different wines from all over the world, and the number adds up to an impressive 14,000 bottles!
To make things even better, you can enjoy tasting the different types of wine from The Belvedere, which has a 360-degree view of the city and is located on the eights floor.
The theme park also hosts many different concerts, shows, and events, and it’s the home of the Wine Culture Library.
The tickets for the theme park’s exhibitions start at €20.00 (around $23).
