This Man Shut Down The Whole Anti-Abortion Argument With One Singe Tweet

One of the main arguments from the ‘pro-lifers’ on the Internet in the fierce abortion debate is that ‘life begins at conception’. Even though scientists and lawmakers are still trying to figure out how exactly ‘life begins’, many people feel empowered to tell others what to do with their bodies. Until we see those pro-lifers adopt some disadvantaged children that they so desperately want to be born in their own homes, then we can talk about their points.

A Twitter argument from Patrick S. Tomlinson, The Ark Trilogy author, has gone viral, and it is about the idea that people who are claiming to be ‘pro-life’ are actually being pro-childbirth and pro-dominance-over-female-bodies only.

Tomlinson asks a simple question that will leave any pro-lifer struggling to find the right answer in this 9-tweet thread:

There were a few pro-lifers that challenged him, of course:

But most of the people supported his message

Do you think that Mr Tomlinson has got a point?

This debate goes on and on. I don’t believe in abortion for me. But, It is not my business what another woman does. Period.
