Getting rejected after the first date probably feels worse than getting rejected before even going on a date, and getting ghosted after the first date probably feels the worst. However, does it really count as getting ghosted if it was you who never asked the other person for a second date? I mean, OK, the other person didn’t check up on you either, but can you really hold a grudge on someone if you also never put in the effort to make a contact with them?
