Adrienne Osuna is a mother-of-four who had been struggling with her weight for years.
She is now a fitness blogger, and her focus is set on weight training.
A few years ago, she adopted a very rigorous power lifting, cardio, and intermittent fasting schedule in order to lose weight and gain muscle.
Osuna is very inspiring because she keeps it real, and a photo she recently posted on Instagram gained a lot of popularity. In the photo, she pointed out that focusing entirely on your weight is a totally misleading goal. She uploaded a before-and-after photo of her which shows her when she started lifting and now. However, even though she looks completely different, the weight difference is only 2 pounds!
Her photo gained extreme popularity on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, and she posted yet another post after this one, in which she claims that she was actually 1 pound heavier in the after photo.
She also explained that it was important to reclaim her photo because it has been used in weight loss products ads, and that’s absolutely not what she’s about!
In another post, she wrote that she DID NOT use anyone’s products to do this. It’s all hard work in the gym, lifting heavy weights, and intermittent fasting.
